- Supply all bank/ loan/ lease/ trade information with the credit application.
- Mortgage information on the hotel must appear on credit application.
- Copy of deed or trust.
- If incorporated, copy of the articles of incorporation.
- If a general or limited partnership, copy of the partnership agreement.
- If limited liability corporation, copy of membership agreement.
- Last two years, year-end financial statements for entity owning property. If most recent statement is more than ninety days old, a current interim statement will also be required.
- All pages of the last two years business tax returns for entity owning property.
- Current signed and dated personal financial statement for all principals. Please attach bank, security and other statements as necessary to confirm cash and marketable securities shown on financial statement.
